Overview

The ICF Sports Performance Program focuses on building core athletic abilities to support soccer and basketball athletes. It is designed for grades K–12 and runs over a 4-month season. The program supports two training options per sport: Development (1x/week) and Performance (2x/week).

  • Parent clicks the registration button.

  • Selects sport (Soccer or Basketball).

  • Chooses program: Development (1x/week) or Performance (2x/week).

  • Completes payment and fills out athlete information form.

  • Confirmation email is sent with schedule and next steps.
